Due to personal health Mary is no longer actively involved with the ARCI organization and the mantle was ceremonially transferred in 2004 to Rose Marie Swanson.

Just as the Lords of the Akashic Record extended an invitation for Mary Parker to be the Founder of Akashic Record Consultants International (ARCI – pronounced arc key), first President of the organization and also to be the Key Carrier of the Mantle of Light for the organization, so was this to be the tradition of its successors.  The Lords of the Akashic Record guided Mary, as Key Carrier of the Mantle of Light, in moving the organization forward to create a board and start working on the non-profit status.  When Mary Parker was guided to retire she was also guided by the Lords of the Akashic Record to invite Rose Marie Swanson to become the second President of ARCI.  On April 28, 2003, Rose Marie Swanson was voted to become the second president of ARCI and she remains president to this date.  There was a two year mentoring process between Mary, Rose Marie, and the Lords of the Akashic Record.

Due to health issues, Mary knew that a time was to come when the Mantle of Light needed to be passed to another who could continue to carry the Light of Purity, Integrity and Love the organization represents and offers to the world.  Once again lead by the Lords of the Akashic Record, Mary was instructed to invite Rose Marie Swanson to become her successor in this role.

In a sacred ceremony on October 23, 2005 Mary Parker handed over her position as Key Carrier of the Mantle of Light to Rose Marie Swanson.  Mary Parker gave a blessing and a gold coin to everyone present.  At the end of the ceremony Mary Parker gifted gold coins in a crystal vase, symbolizing a prosperity blessing for the organization as the Light is carried on, to Rose Marie. Mary also gave Rose Marie a six pointed crystal star and said, “Rose Marie, you are the seventh point.  You are the Light.”  The mantle was then passed to Rose Marie.

The Light that was passed is more than a mantle; it is the ARCI bonfire of tremendous wealth to be distributed among all who gather with the oneness of heart and mind. It is the contribution of many galaxies and levels of humanity which has held the sacred scrolls of sacred writings until such time as is safe to return this information to the general population. 

The celebration was a joyous one, and Mary felt such a sense of relief and accomplishment when the mantle was passed. The room was full of many of the same Beings which attended Johnny Prochaska’s initiation. There was truly an initiation on all levels. When the Emissaries of Source who participate in the work through ARCI chose Rose Marie, and Mary agreed, then the Heavens came into alignment to support this choice. They exalt in mankind’s drive to bring knowledge and wisdom out of hiding.

The mantle is passed to Rose Marie Swanson.

Mary Parker did what she was asked to do and brought the organization as far as she could. Rose Marie was chosen because of her dedication to the work in the Akashic Record, her compassion to all mankind, and her continuous study and travel to ceaselessly expand and elevate her awareness and consciousness.

Rose Marie Swanson continues to carry this Mantle of Light for ARCI.  She will continue to carry it until the moment that the Lords of the Akashic Record deem it necessary to pass it forward.  In order for ARCI’S next Key Carrier of the Mantle of Light to be determined through the Akashic Record, a growth process will again be necessary and Rose Marie will mentor the next successor.

Each Key Carrier of the Mantle of Light brings into our world new aspects of being that are gifts of enlightenment.  Earthly time moves forward, and so does the need to expand one’s spiritual awareness and the need for its integration into one’s everyday life. The Love, Integrity and Purity of ARCI’s Light continue.
